I’m a PR professional turned Garden Design Consultant. I design gardens of all sizes throughout Devon and the South West. An English and European Graduate I worked in PR and Communications for over 25 years, for a range of organisations, and was a BBC Journalist. My passion for all things garden led to me qualifying in Garden Design at Bicton College. I have also studied Practical Horticulture at RHS Rosemoor in North Devon. I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture. I give talks for a range of audiences, including – but not limited to – Women’s Institutes, Garden Clubs and others. I use Powerpoint for my Talks, for which a projector and screen are required. All talks can also be Stand Alone. A table is also required.
About my Talks...
I give talks on Garden Design, and am also a Motivational / After Dinner and Conference Speaker. I give Powerpoint and ‘Stand Alone’ talks. I am willing to travel throughout Devon, and in some cases, beyond.
All of my talks can be relayed as virtual presentations via Zoom.
Fee:
I charge £100 for a 45 minute talk within a ten miles of Buckfastleigh. Beyond that radius I charge an additional 50p per mile. I am willing to travel throughout Devon.
The fee for individually tailored talks is £200 within ten miles of Buckfastleigh. Beyond that I charge an additional 50p per mile for travel expenses.
