About The Speaker...
Martin Lloyd came to national notice when on BBC Radio 4’s Midweek programme he enthralled listeners with his accounts of the history of the passport whilst comfortably patching over the hole left by an absent programme guest, much to the relief of the presenter – after all, this was live radio.
He worked for HM Immigration Service for 24 years. He now writes books, appears on television, talks on the radio and to groups such as the U3a and the Arts Society
About Their Talks...
My talks are presented without any visual aids at all. I tell the story, you imagine the pictures. Don’t forget – you get the best pictures on radio.
