About me...
I am a musician composer and bird song recordist. I have forty five years experience of presenting to audiences in UK ,Europe,USA and New Zealand. I have written songs for films, performed on many BBC radio and TV shows. I have recorded nine albums starting in the seventies on vinyl! I have been a sound artist in residence for several Wildlife and Nature Reserves in East Sussex,Norfolk and Milton Keynes blending bird song with my music. I love entertaining and chatting to audiences of all ages.
I’ve created two talks around my working life.I grew up in a tiny village in North Bucks now Milton Keynes, studied music in London and USA. Entertaining is key along with sharing my knowledge and experience with enthusiasm!. I can supply all the relevant technical equipment required but happy to use in-house equipment. My instruments are PAT tested. Both my Talks last around fifty minutes and I’m happy to take Q and A after presenting.
About my Talks...
For my musical talk all I need is a three pin socket to plug my PAT tested guitar amp into. My Bird Song Talk is audio-visual digital and I can supply all the equipment but happy to use in-house equipment.
Talks last between 50 and 60 minutes and I am happy to answer questions at the end.
Fee:
My basic live fee is £75 plus mileage from Norwich at 25 pence a mile. I am happy to discuss a lower fee for genuinely smaller groups in and around East Anglia. Zoom Fee is £55 inclusive.
